The Committee on Economic Development moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Com. Sub. for House Bill 4667—A Bill to repeal §17-2A-19a of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended; to amend said code by adding thereto a new section, designated §5B-2-18; and to amend said code by adding thereto a new section, designated §5B-2-18a, all relating to uncrewed aircraft operation in the state; establishing the West Virginia Uncrewed Aircraft Systems Advisory Council; clarifying that all uncrewed aircraft operation in the state must comply with federal regulations; prohibiting state subdivisions from enacting any law or ordinance regulating advanced air mobility or uncrewed aircraft operation; and defining terms.
